BUY A 3 PIECE OR 5 PIECE DECORATOR SIGNAGE RENTAL PACKAGE, THEN CHOOSE THE SIGNAGE PRODUCTS* TO BE CUSTOMIZED.  (large builds like walls are not included in package, but can be estimated for you).
Easels and supports are included with all signs for easy display and will not use up one of your selections if added to cart. Describe lettering color and customize your message. Illustrations included if desired. Please provide your personal text with your sign selection so that proofs can be generated for approval. Table numbers are considered as 1 selection.

YOU CHOOSE 3 | Packages require customer pick up and return from our Bloomington Indiana studio. An ALL CASH damage deposit of $300 will be collected upon pick up and returned when rentals are returned damaged free to us within 48 hours.

YOU CHOOSE 5 or YOU CHOOSE 8 | Packages include delivery and set up as well as, tear down at the end of the event within a 30 mile radius of Bloomington, Indiana. Events requiring travel can be estimated upon request.

PLEASE NOTE YOUR EVENT DATE IN FORM FIELD FOR CONFIRMATION THAT RENTALS ARE AVAILABLE. 

We’ll contact for final confirmation on reservation and any additional travel fees or additional rental items if needed. A service contract will be provided and must be signed.

To rent event items, you must add a package to your cart along with your selections, then check out and complete the reservation. To purchase an item, add the item to cart and check out. All items that are available for purchase are priced. Items that are not priced are rentals.

All products listings that require buyer input, contain form fields for collecting your personalized information. In some cases, proofs of your order will be emailed to the address provided at check out for your approval. Once you have given your approval, the product will go into production. Note that production times start once approval is granted.

If your purchase involves personalized or custom art, a emailed proof prior to final production. We provide one proof with your order. Should there be an error in the proof, we will provide a new proof free of charge. Should you require a new proof due to a change in the information provided, there will be an additional charge of $65 for each new proof. You may choose to see a second proof or to go to production without one. Proofs will be generated within 5 business days of your order and sent to the buyer email address provided at check out.
