2. CUSTOMER MUST BE WILLING TO SHIP (RETURN) RENTAL ITEM WITH PROVIDED LABEL AND ORIGINAL PACKING WITHIN 4 DAYS OF THE EVENT.
3. RENTALS CANNOT BE ALTERED.
4. BY RESERVING RENTAL, CUSTOMER AGREES TO TERMS ABOVE; PRE-AUTHORIZATION FORM MAY BE REQUIRED.

How our rental process works:
1. Choose a usage window of 4 days starting with your event day (day 1) and ending 4 days after event (day 4 is ship back day). This allows you the time needed to pack them back up and sent rental/s back to us.

2. We will ship out rentals 7 days prior to the first date chosen. We do our best to be sure rentals arrive to our customers 2-4 days prior to the event. (This is a courtesy, we do not charge extra for this.) Inside the shipment box, we provide a return label to make it very easy to make the return shipment back to us.

3. We stay in close touch with you so that you know what to expect and when the shipment should arrive.


Rush orders not accepted, please allow 1 week for processing prior to event.
Our rentals must be shipped within 4 days of event free of damage and will be inspected upon return. Damages will incur additional costs or replacement fees.
Our rentals should not be altered in any way.
