Creative in Bloom was named metaphorically, as well as for the location of the
business. Founded in Bloomington, Indiana in 2008, our founder was leaving the
corporate world of advertising and taking on two very new adventures: a
new business and a new baby. As a small business in the big
industry of weddings, we have always believed that serving couples on
such an important day in their lives is a very personal thing.

Personal Care + Attention to Detail

From the very beginning in 2008, we approached our business as a service
first, rather than a product first. Our custom design process has
always started with getting to know our clients, asking questions that
lead to their personal brand, and then producing meaningful pieces that are
a treasure to them. Over the years this process has created a genuine
client experience and one of the most exciting parts of our clients' planning.

CHRISTINE WILSON

Founder, Creative Director

Founder and Creative Director, Christine Wilson is an awarding winning artist who has a well rounded set of skills perfect for the event industry. She graduated with a BFA from a top-ten, nationally ranked, art school on a talent grant. She has a multitude of experiences designing for high profile events. Her top-level skills in graphic design, printing, interior design, painting and calligraphy come not only from formative education, but from her 28 years of experience as a professional designer.

Christine is hands-on and immersed in every aspect of the business to meeting with our custom clients, to production and new product development.

Creative in Bloom employs a team of staff locally, nationally and internationally to bring you the best possible products and service. We strive to meet deadline demands, yet still deliver a perfect product via the teams of professionals we hire. All production timelines are listed within our product descriptions to give our customers a realistic set of expectations.
