Description1. CUSTOMER MUST BE WILLING TO SHIP (RETURN) RENTAL ITEM WITH PROVIDED LABEL AND ORIGINAL PACKING WITHIN 4 DAYS OF THE EVENT.
2. We will ship out rentals 7 days prior to the first date chosen. We do our best to be sure rentals arrive to our customers 2-4 days prior to the event. (This is a courtesy, we do not charge extra for this.) Inside the shipment box, we provide a return label to make it very easy to make the return shipment back to us.

3. BY RESERVING RENTAL, CUSTOMER AGREES TO TERMS ABOVE; PRE-AUTHORIZATION FORM MAY BE REQUIRED.
How our rental process works:
1. Choose a usage window of 4 days starting with your event day (day 1) and ending 4 days after event (day 4 is ship back day). This allows you the time needed to pack them back up and sent rental/s back to us.

3. We stay in close touch with you so that you know what to expect and when the shipment should arrive.
Rush orders not accepted, please allow 1 week for processing prior to event.
Our rentals must be shipped within 4 days of event free of damage and will be inspected upon return. Damages will incur additional costs or replacement fees.
Our rentals should not be altered in any way.
