In some cases, proofs of your order will be emailed to the address provided at check out for your approval. Once you have given your approval, the product will go into production. Note that production times start once approval is granted.
If your purchase involves personalized or custom art, a emailed proof prior to final production. We provide one proof with your order. Should there be an error in the proof, we will provide a new proof free of charge. Should you require a new proof due to a change in the information provided, there will be an additional charge of $65 for each new proof. You may choose to see a second proof or to go to production without one. Proofs will be generated within 5 business days of your order and sent to the buyer email address provided at check out.
